I have personally experienced what it's like to gain weight as you age. For many years I struggled with raging hormones and out of control mood swings. At the young age of 34 I was going through menopause but didn't realise it at the time. I'm now in my mid- fifties and my mission is to help women of this age group take control of their lives again.
Learn the correct way to train and eat for your age. Learn how to gain more energy and self confidence and stop wasting your time doing the things that don't make a difference. Stop doing the things that just leave you exhausted and not losing any weight.

Ladies over 40 wanting to tone, lose weight or improve core and strength require a whole different approach than a woman in her 20’s.
As a lady in my late 50’s, who started menopause at 34, I have a unique understanding of the health related challenges many women may face. Training around others at the gym can be uncomfortable, and the mirrors, who needs them!
In my private studio I offer personalised group training specifically for ladies over 40. The best part is, the training doesn’t include any running or high impact cardio. All classes are perfect if you are a beginner, haven’t exercised in a while or even if you have injuries.
It is my passion to help other women feel beautiful inside and out, living their best life and I would love to help you do just that.
8 week program includes:
* Initial health assessment
* 2 x 40 min trainings per week
* Bi-weekly support & nutrition call
* Private community group
