I have personally experienced what it's like to gain weight as you age. For many years I struggled with raging hormones and out of control mood swings. At the young age of 34 I was going through menopause but didn't realise it at the time. I'm now in my mid- fifties and my mission is to help women of this age group take control of their lives again.
