Welcome, my name is Darlene. I am in my early sixties, a mother of twins and have had a successful personal training business for well over 20 years now. Weight loss is not just about calories in, calories out, it's also about balancing hormones, sugar cravings, reducing stress and enjoying sleep and relaxation.
I have had the privilege of helping many people get on track with their health. To me, living a healthy life is not just about losing weight, it's about doing everything possible in your life so that, as you get older, you are in the strongest and best situation you can be to live the following years ahead.

The Studio
Eden Fitness is a privately run personal training studio, available to all fitness levels. Located off Beeliar Drive we service the Cockburn area.
I am 100% focused on training real people with real goals, there’s not even a mirror on the wall. The studio is child friendly, there is a small area where the kids can draw on a blackboard, play with toys or simply sit on the couch and play. |
